2026–2027 Tuition
Full tuition at BCA is:
$6,750 per student, per year
BCA participates as an eligible education provider in Wyoming’s Education Savings Account (ESA) Program.
Wyoming Education Savings Accounts (ESA)
The Wyoming ESA Program provides eligible students with up to $7,000 annually to be used toward approved educational expenses, including qualifying private school tuition.
For eligible and approved students, BCA tuition may be fully covered through ESA funding.
Families are responsible for completing the ESA application process through the Wyoming Department of Education and Odyssey.
ESA & BCA Tuition
Families generally fall into one of three categories:

Approved for ESA
ESA funds may be used toward the student's BCA tuition. -
Applied for ESA but were denied
The family may qualify for a BCA scholarship to reduce tuition. -
Did not apply for ESA
The family is responsible for the full $6,750 annual tuition.
BCA Scholarship Structure
For families who applied for ESA but did not receive funding, BCA offers need-based scholarship assistance.
Additional Financial Assistance
Families with greater financial need who applied for ESA but were not approved may be considered for additional scholarship assistance.
Families seeking additional assistance must also apply through TADS and ACE according to BCA's scholarship requirements.
Our Commitment
BCA exists to glorify God in the name of Jesus, love children well, and provide an education grounded in biblical truth.
BCA will not compromise our mission or change the way we implement that calling.
Participation in the ESA Program does not change BCA's mission, beliefs, curriculum, or commitment to Christian education. If participation in any government-funded program were ever to require BCA to compromise its core values, BCA would discontinue participation in that program. BCA's mission is to have children grounded in Truth and Bold for the Kingdom.

Activity/Book Fees
$450 per student annually
This fee is due no later than the 1st day of July (Current Students) or July 15 (New Students) for the upcoming school year. Upon acceptance, the book fee is required to secure your child’s enrollment and reserve their spot. This fee must be received before July 1st to finalize enrollment.
Payment Schedule
Tuition is due on the 1st of each month from September through May. August tuition is prorated to half.

BCA has a uniform policy. The family of the student is to bear the cost of the uniform.
