Interested in Scholarships or Tuition Assistance?
We believe every child should have the opportunity to experience a high-quality Christian education. If you're interested in learning more about what’s possible for your child, we’d love to talk with you.

Thanks to Wyoming’s new Education Savings Account (ESA) program, all Wyoming families are eligible to receive funding ($7,000) that can be used toward private school tuition—including Buffalo Christian Academy. Funds are limited to the amount of applicants, so it is important to apply early when it opens May 15. In addition to the ESA, BCA offers internal scholarships to qualified families, made possible through the generosity of donors who believe in the value of Christian education.

Financial Aid at BCA
At Buffalo Christian Academy (BCA), we believe in providing educational opportunities to all families, regardless of financial circumstances. Our Financial Aid Programs are designed to assist families based on demonstrated need and the availability of funds.

Approximately 27 percent of our current student population receives financial assistance annually. All application materials are held in strict confidence to protect the privacy of our families.

Buffalo Christian Academy now offers three financial assistance opportunities: the newly available Wyoming Education Savings Account, ACE Scholarships, and our internal aid through TADS.

1. Wyoming Education Savings Account - Funding Opens May 15th at 1 pm, with limited funds available. (https://edu.wyoming.gov/parents/education-savings-accounts/)
-
Each family who applies and is accepted will receive $7000.00 per child to be used for
education. There is only enough money in the fund to cover a certain number of applicants, therefore, it is imperative to apply for ESA funding at the earliest possible date. -
TO APPLY: Go to the Wyoming Department of Education website and navigate to the ESA Portal to complete your application. (https://edu.wyoming.gov/parents/education-savings-accounts/) Applications open May 15, at 1 pm.
-
BCA is here to glorify God in the name of Jesus and to love kids well while providing an excellent education. BCA will not compromise our mission or change the way we implement that calling. If, at any point, the ESA funding or other programs compromise our core values, BCA will walk away.

2. Buffalo Christian Academy (BCA) has been selected as a partner school with ACE Scholarships! This partnership allows families to apply for privately funded, external financial assistance through ACE Scholarships. These grants help make private education more affordable without impacting BCA's internal resources. If you are in need of financial assistance for the 2025-2026 school year, your first step is to apply for the ACE Scholarship.

This system confidentially evaluates each family's financial situation and provides a report to BCA. The school uses the TADS report to determine eligibility and the level of internal tuition scholarship to award.

We will communicate our financial aid decision to you. To make our decision, confidentially, we use the information from the PFS as a starting point and consider our school policies, practices, and available budget.
Important Reminder: Families are encouraged to apply for ESA, ACE Scholarships, and TADS to maximize financial support. Be sure to complete both the ESA and ACE applications by April 15 and have your tax information ready to avoid delays. If you are denied ESA funds, BCA requires families to apply for both ACE and TADS in order to be considered for internal average scholarships.

Volunteering at BCA
Parental volunteering is vital. Volunteers are essential to not only foster parent partnership, but to assist the school in saving funds, thus keeping tuition costs as affordable as possible. We encourage parent involvement. Parents are responsible for participating in at least 1 fundraiser per year to help with education costs of the students at BCA.

Volunteering is particularly critical for families seeking financial aid to ensure access to a Christian education. Volunteers may be required to complete a background check as determined by the type of volunteer job.

Options for volunteering include, but are not limited to:
-
Reading with students
-
Writing thank you notes
-
Help planning and setting up holiday parties
-
Maintaining uniform closet
-
Supervising lunch and lunch cleanup
-
Supervising lunch/recess
-
Cleaning kitchen/bathrooms
-
Maintaining PE Equipment
-
Substitute teaching
-
Fundraiser planning and set up
-
Helping with maintenance/security
